The AJF & Associate and the Citizens Labour Rights Protection League will hold exit-poll in 118 Constituencies at 1053 Polling Stations during the parliamentary elections on November 1 in Azerbaijan, Chief of Operations for the Exit Poll Jo Anne Barnhart told journalists at the press conference held at the “Seçkilər” Media Center.
“First, I want to say how pleased we are to be involved in this important effort. I had a good fortune to be an Operations Chief for the Exit Poll in the 2013 presidential election in Azerbaijan. We are very happy to be back in Baku to work with such an exceptional local team. It is an honor and a privilege to work with this experienced and dedicated group of people again. In order to have a benchmark understanding, the same team conducted the pre-election survey that consisted of 1000 interviews and gave us a very accurate read-out on the local environment and voting preferences. The key findings were presented to both the local and international media.
The operations for this Exit Poll are large and complex, and we have started with the on-the-ground implementation two months ago. We have over 2000 workers who will be conducting the Exit Poll in 118 Constituencies at 1053 Polling Stations,” Jo Anne Barnhart said.
Stressing the trainings had been conducted for interviewers in Baku, Ganja, Guba and Lankaran, operations chief for the Exit Poll said that the results of the exit poll will be announced 2 hours after elections.
